If you would like to make any changes, please let us know ASAP after ordering. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes to the order.

We will send you the shipping information and tracking number via e-mail once your order has been shipped and the tracking number has been activated via the postal service.

Please check for our email from support@athletikco.com. Sometimes it can end up in your Promotions or Spam folder. If no luck, reach out to us and we will investigate it for you.

If your item comes in different sizes/variants, please choose the size and quantity before clicking "Add to Cart". From there, you will be directed to the Cart page where you can review your order and proceed further with checkout.

We understand that sometimes the sizing/fit won't be perfect. Because of this reason, we offer exchanges. If you need to exchange your item for a different type/size, send us an email at support@athletikco.com and we can provide more information.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
