Shipping
AthletikCo ships goods worldwide and you can enjoy insured shipping on every order. You're always protected from start to finish when you order from us.

We offer the best buyer protection and customer satisfaction when it comes to shipping your order. Our shipping service is insured so if you have any problems with delivery, please contact us at support@athletikco.com
We will send you the shipping information and tracking number via e-mail once your order has been shipped and the tracking number has been activated via the postal service.
Orders
If your item comes in different sizes/variants, please choose the size and quantity before clicking "Add to Cart". From there, you will be directed to the Cart page where you can review your order and proceed further with checkout.
Please email us at support@athletikco.com with your questions/concerns and one of our top-notch colleagues will get back to you within 24 hours.
If you would like to make any changes, please let us know ASAP after ordering. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes to the order. Please confirm your order and address as soon as you receive the order confirmation email.
We often send promotion codes, discounts, and other offers to subscribers of our newsletter. See our home page to subscribe today.
We 100% do not (nor will we ever) sell our customers information of any type. Emails are strictly for follow-up, and to send our valued customers newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
Payments
Absolutely! We don’t keep any of your credit card information. It’s all processed either by PayPal or by our reputable third-party credit card processor, Shop Pay, who handles billions of dollars every year. AthletikCo uses the latest generation industry SSL encryptions to protect all of your details. Ordering from us is 100% secure as our payment processors have a history of providing top quality support and confidentiality with respect to processing payments.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCP, Diners Club, Amazon payments, Venmo, and PayPal. PayPal has an option to pay by eCheck if you prefer that option.
We accept the following payments: U.S. Dollar, British Pound, Euro, Canadian Dollar, and Australian Dollar. We will introduce new currencies to our store in the coming weeks. You are able to adjust the currency in real time while shopping (top right-hand corner flag).
Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us at support@athletikco.com.
Your refund will be processed within 3 - 5 Business Days. You will receive a refund notification email once this is complete.
We understand that sometimes the sizing/fit won't be perfect. Because of this reason, we offer exchanges. If you need to exchange your item for a different type/size, send us an email at support@athletikco.com and we can provide more information.
